At Vela, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
